The Role
As a CX Designer/Researcher, you’ll be the voice of the customer inside bold new ventures and breakthrough internal initiatives. You’ll help client teams uncover user needs, define customer journeys, and translate insights into actionable product and service concepts. Working across research and design, you’ll contribute to early-stage teams launching disruptive new businesses or enhancing strategic offerings within existing units. units.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re deeply curious, adaptable, and energized by fast-moving environments. This isn’t traditional advisory or consulting work — we co-build with our clients. That means jumping into collaborative workshops, guiding teams through ambiguity, and delivering high-quality research and design outputs under tight timelines.
- Conduct customer development interviews and uncover critical insights
- Design journey maps, concept storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with venture teams to test and refine concepts for new ventures or internal offerings
- Work closely with product leads, strategists, and technologists in a startup-like setting
- Apply AI tools to improve research synthesis, insight development, and prototype testing
- Keep the customer at the center of all decision-making from idea to MVP
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in CX, UX, or product design and research
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, or similar
- Strong qualitative research skills, including interview planning, facilitation, and synthesis
- Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and rapid iteration
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in startups, venture-building, or innovation teams is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; willing to travel within the GCC as needed to support clients and project teams
- Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Iqama
