About Maddox + You:
You will report to the marketing manager and oversee the fulfillment of Maddox’s promotional items. This includes: receiving, organizing, and shipping out promotional materials. You will receive orders of promotional items and organize them in our warehouse. You will need to update our inventory spreadsheet to keep track of how many items are in stock and how many are needed for upcoming orders. You will then need to package and ship them out to fulfill internal and external orders.
More about You:
- You are organized (You will need to keep track of hundreds of items and fulfill multiple orders at once)
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel (This is how we will keep track of inventory)
- Ability to lift 50lbs (you will be moving and organizing boxes of promotional materials)
- Valid Driver’s License (you will need a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for transporting packages to shipping locations)
Pay: Starting package $18 per hour
