A Maddox internship gives you the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional workplace. Our internships are part-time and temporary, designed to help you build real-world skills, grow in confidence, and make a meaningful impact. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your energy and ideas, and you’ll receive regular feedback from teammates with world-class experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current high school (junior/senior) or college students with a passion for connecting with people.
- No experience? No problem! We’ll train you—just bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with direction and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to our office (and a valid driver’s license if applicable).
- Hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, finance, or systems.
- Flexible part-time hours (10-24 hours/week) to fit your school schedule.
- A fun, supportive team environment where your growth matters.
- Potential for future opportunities with us based on performance.
- $17-19/hour pay.
