About Maddox + You:

As a member of our Procurement team, you will take ownership of orders from the point of purchase through delivery. Your focus will be on entering purchase orders into our systems and staying on top of every active order as it moves through its lifecycle. Your work ensures suppliers receive accurate, complete purchase orders; our Procurement Team has timely updates on shipments and testing; and accounting has clean, error-free records to process payments against. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are paramount in this role, since you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our suppliers and multiple internal teams. This position builds on the core requirements shared across all Procurement roles, with adaptability being critical as you balance order entry, supplier relationships, and cross-team coordination on any given day.

More About You:

● You are technically savvy with modern platforms (Google Suite, etc.). If you
prefer a more old-school approach (i.e., stacks of sticky notes), you will struggle
in this role.
● You have keen attention to detail and can perform recurring tasks accurately
and precisely, particularly regarding data entry.
● You are autonomous and capable of managing your own time and workflows.
● You are comfortable with phone communication and able to think quickly on
your feet during conversations.
● You are capable of balancing multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
● You welcome constructive feedback to help you develop in your role.

Basics

● Full-time. The schedule is generally 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits, including:

● 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) (and an additional week for managers, and an
additional week after 5 years).
● Health & Wellness: Can be taken as traditional insurance, or as cash in lieu of
benefits. Benefit amounts vary based on age, family status, and eligibility, but as
an example, in most circumstances, an employee with a spouse and 3 kids,
would be eligible for $19,200 / year or more.

Skills and Experience:

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $50k-$65k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and
