Driven to Deliver (What You'll Do):
- Own the Book: Manage a portfolio of mid-sized and/or enterprise accounts; achieve growth through renewals + expansion.
- Land & Expand: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities using platform analytics, intent data, and QBRs.
- Run QBRs: Deliver data-driven business reviews showcasing ROI, pipeline impact, and strategic recommendations.
- Renew & Negotiate: Secure renewals, mitigate churn risk, and negotiate pricing/terms with procurement.
- Adoption Driver: Partner with BDR and Delivery Ops to increase platform usage, train new users, and launch additional ABM campaigns.
- Coordinate Account Migration: Partner with Sales on seamless account handoffs, transferring contract ownership and aligning on expansion roadmap
- Advocate Internally: Surface customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Data teams to influence roadmap and case studies.
- Forecast Accurately: Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in Salesforce; forecast renewals/expansions accurately.
Equipped to Excel (Basic Qualifications):
- University Degree, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in B2B account management or customer success with proven expansion track record
- Revenue Owner: You hit quotas and can share specific expansion wins
- ABM Fluent: An understanding of account-based marketing, intent data, and multi-channel activation
- Comfortable presenting ROI to CMOs/VPs and negotiating with legal/procurement.
Salary Range:
- Base Salary: $75,000-$85,000
- Variable Comp: Commissions (Varies based on Quota)
