Driven to Deliver (What You'll Do)
- Setup lead generation and programmatic campaigns, including asset entry, mapping clients, forming fields, program activation, and third-party (3P) reporting integrations.
- Manage lead delivery via email or integration and confirm accurate pixel placement and reporting access.
- Create asset preview links and send to Client Experience Manager (CXM) for client feedback and approval.
- Build landing pages and associate programs in MLC as necessary.
- QA and set live. Notify CXM with a "set live" email.
- Manage line setups once built by the CXM team.
- Complete all CXM-requested setup tasks via SFDC and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Allocate inventory, monitor delivery, and manage pacing and performance with partners for all Lead Gen campaigns.
- For programmatic, monitor delivery and KPI progress to ensure pacing and performance achievements.
- Complete ad hoc task requests.
- Monitor pacing and performance.
- Provide weekly and ad-hoc reporting details to CM leadership and CXM counterparts.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance on a weekly basis, adjusting as needed to meet client goals.
- Identify and recommend solutions to resolve delivery issues.
- Request refunds, set up, and deliver make-goods.
- Identify and coordinate optimization opportunities in collaboration with CXM.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth opportunity execution, full delivery, and client goal/KPI achievement.
- Join external kick-offs to better understand campaign objectives and client goals.
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance campaign management efficiency.
- Contribute to team training and knowledge-sharing on processes and tools.
Equipped to Excel (Qualifications)
- Associates Degree + 2 yrs experience or 3 years of related experience in a digital operations role, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology, media, digital ad agency or software company
- Project implementation expertise
- 1+ Years Experience with Programmatic Display Advertising, including buying and optimization, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology, media, digital ad agency or software company
- 1+ Years Experience with ABM, marketing automation technology or demand generation
- 1+ Years Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrable expertise with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
Salary Range
- Fixed CTC: 12,00,000 - 13,00,000 INR
