Driven to Deliver:

Talent Acquisition   

  • Build and foster strong relationships/partnerships with leaders & stakeholders across the globe.  
  • Manage requisition load, perform in-person or video interviews with candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.  
  • Create, implement, and drive adoption of innovative and scalable recruitment policies and practices.  
  • Continually assess processes to identify inefficiencies and drive effectiveness in Greenhouse.  
  • Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals.   
  • Create reporting dashboards which offer insights into hiring processes, brand reach and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.  
  • Review and revise recruiting strategies to ensure we are attracting a diverse pool of top talent.  
  • Develop strategies to stay ahead of potential hiring or retention challenges.   
  • Stay abreast of new and changing recruitment trends and laws.  

People & Culture Operations 

  • Ensure compliance with all employment-related policies and procedures in the US region. 
  • Support US teams on people-related initiatives aligned with Madison Logic’s growth strategy. 
  • Monitor team culture and collaborate with APAC & EMEA teams on engagement and cultural initiatives. 
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with all US-based employees. 
  • Lead the performance review process for US staff. 
  • Own and manage the Alternate Work Location request process in the US. 
  • Oversee administrative and operational tasks related to compensation increases and promotion cycles. 
  • Be a champion of Madison Logic’s culture.  

Equipped to Excel:

  • 5+ years of Recruitment experience, with a focus on both tech and non-tech roles 
  • Strong Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter Experience 
  • 1+ years of People Operations experience 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and/or degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field strongly preferred 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000
  • Annual Bonus: $10,000

Work Environment:
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices. Where applicablehybrid WFH days work must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full-time basis from a distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. Please inquire for more details.
 
Pay Transparency/Equity:
We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience.  Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
