About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, culturally connected, and hands-on Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated social, influencer, and digital marketing strategies that build brand equity, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business growth.

This role will serve as a key strategic partner to Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams, translating brand and business objectives into compelling, insight-driven marketing programs across social, influencer, paid, earned, and owned channels. The Senior Manager will own the social and influencer strategy end-to-end, while identifying new opportunities to expand the brand’s cultural relevance and consumer reach.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic leader, creative storyteller, relationship builder, and data-driven marketer who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. This person should have a strong understanding of the beauty landscape, social culture, emerging platforms, and the evolving creator ecosystem, with a proven ability to turn insights and trends into impactful marketing programs.

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.

This role is based in NYC, and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.

Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing and broader Brand Marketing leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand, consumer, and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of annual and seasonal social, influencer, and digital marketing strategies, translating broader brand priorities into channel-specific plans and actionable programs.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Creative, and other cross-functional partners to ensure integrated, cohesive storytelling across consumer touchpoints.
  • Identify emerging cultural, consumer, platform, and category trends and translate insights into opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and differentiation.
  • Help shape campaign strategy from brief through execution, ensuring social and influencer are strategically integrated into broader brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to marketing strategy, continually identifying opportunities to innovate, optimize, and scale what works.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
  • Lead the social editorial strategy and content calendar, ensuring content is strategically aligned to brand priorities while remaining culturally relevant, platform-native, and engaging.
  • Oversee the development of high-performing social content in partnership with Creative and internal/external production partners, with demonstrated expertise in video production and short-form content.
  • Establish a clear social voice and content approach that strengthens brand identity and builds meaningful community engagement.
  • Oversee paid social strategy and activation, including boosted content and paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Monitor social performance, cultural conversations, platform developments, and emerging trends to proactively identify opportunities for the brand.
  • Provide strategic direction on community management and engagement, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategy spanning paid, earned, and owned opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of creators, influencers, and cultural partners aligned with the brand’s values, positioning, and target consumer.
  • Lead the identification, vetting, negotiation, and management of high-impact creator partnerships and talent relationships.
  • Develop creator strategies that support brand building, product launches, cultural moments, and key business objectives.
  • Lead influencer campaigns from strategic briefing and talent selection through execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for creator partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, usage rights, compensation, and performance expectations.
  • Partner with PR and Brand Marketing to maximize opportunities for influencer content across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Evaluate and evolve the influencer program based on performance, consumer insights, and changing industry trends.

Analytics, Measurement & Business Impact

  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks across social, influencer, and digital marketing initiatives, connecting channel performance to broader brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance across metrics including reach, engagement, conversion, traffic, ROI, and EMV.
  • Translate data and consumer insights into clear recommendations that inform future strategy, content development, media investment, and creator partnerships.
  • Develop regular reporting and performance updates for senior leadership, highlighting key learnings, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across social and influencer investments.
  • Develop a culture of continuous optimization through testing, learning, and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional & External Leadership

  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Sales, and other teams to ensure integrated execution of major campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead social and influencer workstreams for key product launches, campaigns, retailer moments, and business priorities.
  • Manage and provide strategic direction to external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and other external resources as needed.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders through strong communication, strategic thinking, and clear recommendations.
  • Establish processes and best practices that improve the effectiveness and scalability of the social and influencer function.

Qualifications

  • 6–9+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline, preferably within beauty, consumer, lifestyle, or CPG.
  • Proven experience developing and leading integrated social and influencer strategies that drive meaningful brand and business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, digital culture, and emerging consumer trends.
  • Strong network of creators and influencers and demonstrated experience building and scaling creator programs.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and understanding the relationship between organic, paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Strong creative instincts with demonstrated expertise in developing and evaluating platform-native, particularly short-form video, content.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating performance data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing external agencies, partners, and/or direct reports or junior team members.
  • Experience with social and influencer analytics platforms such as Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for beauty, culture, social media, and the evolving creator ecosystem.

What We Offer  

$110,000/yr - $120,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
