Join the team at Magic Hat Consulting, a dedicated group of professionals in the Life Sciences industry. We are currently hiring Consultants, Managers, and Directors to support and lead our Product Launch Practice. Your impact will go beyond just our clients' product launches.

• Build strong, client-centered relationships by truly understanding their needs and fostering open communication. Together, we can prioritize collaboration and make a lasting impact.
• Take charge of strategy execution and identify opportunities for improvement. Your polished deliverables and captivating presentations will set the stage for success in every engagement.
• Lead and manage our clients to execute strategy while continuously improving capabilities. Identify risks and strategies to ensure we're always one step ahead.
• We value your analytical skills in identifying client issues and developing tailored solutions. Your contributions will be invaluable in shaping our thought leadership.
• Facilitate productive team meetings, generate informative status reports, and ensure prompt delivery of project deliverables. Your attention to detail and follow-up will set us apart.
• Conduct research that will fuel our thought leadership and keep us at the forefront of emerging trends in life sciences and pharmaceutical product launch environments.

Qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical product launch experience required
• Consulting experience preferred
• Life Sciences industry experience required
