Senior Events Producer
SUMMARY
At Magnolia, the Senior Events Producer leads the end-to-end production of brand events and experiences that inspire, engage, and reflect Magnolia’s core values. This role is responsible for managing high-impact, story-driven events with excellence—from concept through execution—ensuring elevated guest experiences and seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Events Producer brings expertise in event strategy, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management, serving as a critical partner in bringing the Magnolia vision to life through experiential storytelling. This position works from Magnolia Headquarters in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Director of Experiences and Events and has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of large-scale brand events, pop-ups, and immersive experiences that align with Magnolia’s mission and goals*
- Develop and implement event strategies in partnership with Brand Experience leadership and internal stakeholders*
- Oversee pre-production timelines, vendor and production schedules, and post-event analysis, ensuring operational excellence
- Manage external vendors, production teams, contractors, and venue partners to deliver flawless event execution
- Serve as the primary contact for venue rentals and third-party collaborations at Magnolia Silos and other Magnolia properties*
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts in collaboration with the Finance and Legal teams
- Partner cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Retail, Facilities, and Food Services to ensure integration and alignment across all guest touchpoints
- Lead onsite setup and teardown, managing on-the-ground operations and real-time issue resolution*
- Propose and pitch creative event concepts and scalable experiences, incorporating industry trends and innovation
- Establish and maintain consistent production standards and documentation protocols to support continuous improvement and internal knowledge sharing
- Maintain compliance with all local permitting, insurance, and safety regulations as they pertain to live event production
- Perform other duties as assigned

ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with a related degree, 4-7 years of experience with a non-related degree, or 5+ years of industry experience preferred
- Required to work all Magnolia events; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may increase during specific events and large-scale concerts.
