Magnolia Heating and Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer Helper to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has hands-on residential installation experience and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Lead Installer.

What You'll Do:

• Assist HVAC Installers with residential system installations and replacements
• Help load, unload, and organize equipment, materials, and tools
• Assist with preparing job sites and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Support installers with ductwork, equipment setup, and installation tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of HVAC Installer Helper experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work well with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment
