What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll help homeowners keep their homes safe and comfortable while providing an outstanding customer experience.

You will:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform HVAC service and maintenance calls

• Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners

• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home comfort

• Build trust through professional, honest communication

• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality products, and system replacement when appropriate

• Complete accurate service documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

• Work closely with dispatchers, managers, and other technicians

• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• Residential HVAC service experience required

• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience servicing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information in an easy-to-understand way

• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented

• Ability to confidently present repair and replacement options

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
