Magruder-Tabb Animal Clinic, located in the vibrant community of Yorktown, VA, is a well-respected small animal practice founded in 1989. We are excited to have recently moved into a brand new, custom-built 9,000 sq ft facility and are ready to welcome additional veterinarians! Our warm, collaborative environment is perfect for both new graduates and experienced veterinary professionals, and our team is experienced in mentoring new graduates.

 

Magruder Tabb Animal Clinic is seeking a full or part time experienced or new graduate veterinarian to join our growing team!

  • Loyal clients who care deeply about their pets’ medical care. Demand for services is very high; a strong caseload will be immediately available to experienced veterinarians joining the team.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p and Saturdays 8a - 12p, closed on Sundays, with flexible shifts available
  • Yorktown, Virginia is a suburb of Newport News, located one hour away from Virginia Beach. Close to Williamsburg. Yorktown is a fantastic area with an affordable cost of living, top-ranked school systems, wonderful dining options, lots of parks and outdoor activities, and much more.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $140-225k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
  • Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 225k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
  • Relocation stipend
  • Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
