
Vice President Operations, Quality

About the Role:
Quality
- Facilitates daily tasks necessary to report Quality programs such as HEDIS and Med Star
- Monitors Data Validity and Data Integrity for the QM processes which require identification of technical issues and correlation to accreditation and compliance standards
- Leads improvement for QM process by planning solutions based on data analysis and facilitating testing and implementation of vendor tools and processes
- Ensure accuracy of data with quality assurance processes; support reporting and analytics data integrity
- Monitor and generate productivity reports, wellness visit metrics, completion rates, and risk adjustment reports
- Manages, plana and executes Medicare Star Ratings programs. Assigns and monitors work of program management staff providing support and direction
Analysis
- Build and maintain data models and reporting systems that support that support key business decisions
- Design and deliver reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics
- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, operations, technology, business development, and product teams
Execution
- Manage special research projects
- Execute processes for data intake, validation, and communication deliverables
- Develop project deliverables including requirements, workflows, and training materials as needed
Requirements for This Role:
General
- Strong ability to manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
- Location: Nashville, TN (onsite at central operations)
Technical
- Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint, SQL skills preferred
- Understanding of using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
Experience
- Proven experience in a position monitoring, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
- Experience working with and creating dashboards using relevant data to inform decisions
