Director of Product Partnerships

As the Head of Product Partnerships at MaintainX, you will be a key leader in shaping the future of our business by strategizing, testing, and launching a new business line. In this role, you will define and implement a unique go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging for partner-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with MaintainX’s overall objectives. You will lead the identification and development of strategic product partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partner solutions, and create new revenue opportunities that enhance customer value and product extensibility.

What you'll do:

• Strategy Development:
• Define and execute the product partnership strategy aligned with MaintainX’s business and product goals.
• Lead efforts to test and validate new business models, including innovative go-to-market strategies and pricing and packaging for partner-driven solutions.
• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that drive revenue, product differentiation, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Line Innovation:
• Serve as a key leader in launching a new business line, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to define the vision and strategy.
• Build and refine unique GTM plans for partnerships that expand MaintainX’s reach and impact.
• Partnership Development:
• Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including OEMs, IoT providers, and software / technology vendors 
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align incentives and foster long-term collaboration and financial success.
• Product Collaboration:
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to integrate partner solutions into the MaintainX platform seamlessly.
• Identify opportunities to co-develop or enhance products through strategic collaborations.
• Go-to-Market & Launch:
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling narratives and campaigns for partner-driven offerings.
• Support sales enablement and customer success teams in positioning and promoting new partner solutions effectively.
• Performance Measurement:
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the new business line and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor performance, gather insights, and iterate on strategies to optimize outcomes.

About you:

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product management in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of building and scaling product lines & partnerships that drive revenue, innovation, and product extensibility.
• Experience designing and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing and packaging for new business lines or products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software ecosystems, IoT technologies, and industrial OEMs
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and execute with precision.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in high-growth environments.
