The Director of Integration Services & Strategy is responsible for leading the successful delivery of integration services to clients within the professional services organization. This role oversees a cross-functional team of integration consultants and developers, owns the integration delivery roadmap, and ensures scalable, high-quality implementations that meet client needs and business objectives. The director will drive operational excellence, support pre-sales efforts, and foster innovation across the integration practice.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of client-facing integration projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee and develop a high-performing team of integration consultants and developers, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
  • Own and evolve the integration services roadmap, driving the development of standardized methodologies, frameworks, and delivery accelerators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and client success to ensure alignment between integration capabilities and overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for client delivery issues and ensure effective resolution of complex or high-risk integration challenges.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimates, and statements of work.
  • Monitor delivery performance through key metrics such as utilization, project health, client satisfaction, and profitability, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure integration services meet technical, contractual, and security standards while supporting client compliance requirements.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the integration delivery team.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership role focused on integration delivery.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo) and common SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday).
  • Proven success managing technical delivery teams and client-facing engagements in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to grow and scale high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of integration architectures, middleware, APIs, and cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level client interaction.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing resource planning, delivery margin, and operational KPIs.
  • Proficiency with project delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., PSA tools, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).
