We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of MaintainX’s core Search platform. This role sits within our Product Foundations Group and is focused on building a unified, real-time, and secure search platform that powers search experiences across all of our applications. You’ll help teams deliver fast, reliable, and relevant search without reinventing ingestion pipelines, indexing strategies, query semantics, or operational runbooks each time.

In addition to Search platform ownership, this role will own at least one end-to-end search workflow within the product, ensuring a deep understanding of real customer use cases and grounding platform decisions in user needs. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design partners to define the long-term vision, deliver foundational capabilities, and enable teams across MaintainX to build great search experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the vision for a search platform that powers search experiences across MaintainX.
  • Own and evolve core search capabilities including ingestion, indexing, relevance, query semantics, and reliability.
  • Lead at least one end-to-end search workflow to stay closely connected to customer needs and real-world usage.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to make thoughtful architectural and sequencing decisions that balance speed and scalability.
  • Enable product teams to build and iterate on search experiences faster through shared frameworks and tooling.
  • Translate platform strategy and technical concepts into a clear roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure search experiences are performant, intuitive, and trustworthy for users.

About You

  • 4–6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or foundational capabilities used by multiple product teams.
  • Direct search experience (AI-powered search is a strong plus).
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering closely with Engineering on system design, tradeoffs, sequencing, and long-term maintainability.
  • Deep curiosity and empathy for frontline users, with a track record of staying grounded in real customer needs while building shared platforms and abstractions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-team environments and turning loosely defined platform problems into clear strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes, with strong alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design partners.
  • Experience balancing early validation of user workflows and relevance with building durable foundations that scale across teams and use cases.
  • Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX specific problems, without reinventing the wheel.

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program.
  • Take-what-you-need PTO and flexible work culture.
  • A mission-driven company supported by a collaborative, humble, and smart team environment where merit and effort are celebrated.
  • The opportunity to shape a new product line that expands MaintainX’s reach to millions of frontline workers globally.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
