Own a territory. Drive Enterprise pipeline.

This role is built for someone who wants ownership, strategic exposure, and direct impact on Enterprise revenue. As an Enterprise BDR at MaintainX, you will be aligned to a specific geographic territory and partner closely with Regional Directors and Account Directors to drive pipeline in some of our largest and most strategic accounts. You won’t be handed random lists. You will operate inside a structured pod model where clarity of direction and disciplined execution matter.

What you'll be responsible for:

Own Enterprise territory coverage

  • Operate as the BDR owner for accounts across your assigned region
  • Balance broad territory prospecting with deeper focus on strategic accounts selected in partnership with ADs
  • Identify signal early and drive conversations into qualified opportunities

Partner with Account Directors strategically

  • Participate in bi-weekly 1:1s to align on priority accounts and intent
  • Apply outbound strategy based on account context, not just activity quotas
  • Support multi-threaded discovery when appropriate before opportunity creation

Execute with precision

  • Prospect using a thoughtful multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Expand buying group coverage within accounts
  • Maintain a modern, strategic cadence approach using tools like Outreach
  • Focus on quality pipeline generation over shallow volume

Drive Enterprise-level conversations

  • Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and IT
  • Surface operational challenges and align them to MaintainX's value
  • Create opportunities that directly impact Enterprise ARR

What makes this role different:

  • Territory Alignment: You are aligned to a specific region, not a random inbound queue.
  • Strategic Exposure: You’ll work closely with Enterprise sellers on named and high-value accounts.
  • Ownership: You are trusted to prioritize, surface signal, and drive focused outbound.
  • Impact: Enterprise pipeline is a major growth lever for 2026, this team is critical to hitting our revenue goals.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of BDR experience (Enterprise exposure is a plus)
  • 4 year bachelor's degree is a requirement
  • Comfort engaging Director-level and above stakeholders
  • Strong judgment knowing when to go deep vs. when to rotate
  • A collaborative mindset you see AE partnership as a multiplier
  • Relentless but thoughtful execution

Why this role matters:

Enterprise growth is a strategic priority for MaintainX.
This role isn’t just about booking meetings, it’s about building meaningful pipeline in complex accounts and helping shape how we scale upmarket.
If you want ownership, strategic exposure, and the chance to directly influence revenue in a growing Enterprise motion, this is the role.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
