We’re looking for a Manager, Brand Campaigns to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale awareness and top-of-funnel campaigns that introduce MaintainX to new audiences and fuel long-term pipeline growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Growth Marketing & Strategy, this role will own top-of-funnel campaign planning and performance across channels while partnering closely with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, and Growth Marketing teams. You will be accountable for how campaigns come to life, scale, and perform across the funnel.

What You'll Do:

Top-of-Funnel Campaigns Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of top-of-funnel campaigns designed to grow awareness, consideration, and market presence across MaintainX’s ICP.
  • Translate company and growth priorities into top-of-funnel campaign plans spanning paid media, digital channels, events, partnerships, and experiential moments.
  • Lead planning and execution of strategic sponsorships and large-scale programs that increase MaintainX visibility and credibility with target audiences, and evaluate performance and ROI.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to improve campaign planning, execution, and optimization—including audience segmentation, media planning, testing frameworks, and performance forecasting.
  • Use AI-driven experimentation (e.g., creative and channel testing, sequencing, and personalization at scale) to accelerate learning cycles and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Corporate Communications and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are grounded in strong positioning and aligned to MaintainX’s category narrative.
  • Work within the Growth Marketing team to align ToFu investments with downstream pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and within the Growth Marketing team to ensure campaign programs support regional and enterprise growth efforts.

Measurement, Optimization & Insights

  • Own top-of-funnel success metrics, including awareness, reach, engagement, audience growth, and pipeline influence.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using lift studies, attribution signals, and long-term impact models.
  • Use AI-powered insights to identify performance drivers, surface optimization opportunities, and recommend adjustments to channel mix, spend allocation, and campaign sequencing.

About you:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand campaigns, or integrated marketing—ideally in high-growth SaaS startups or enterprise technology, or in industrial markets.
  • Heavy AI user who lives in ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs—AI is core to your workflow.
  • Proven experience leading top-of-funnel or brand campaigns with measurable impact on awareness and pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of media, channel strategy, and campaign operations.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally in fast-growing organizations and influencing without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions and investment strategy.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and complex programs at scale.
