Solutions Consultant (EMEA)

London, United Kingdom

Sales Consultant — EMEA
Location: UK, Remote | Travel: Regular travel across EMEA | Reports to: Sr. Director of Sales, EMEA

About MaintainX

MaintainX is the world's leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, Shell, McDonald's, Volvo, AB InBev, and Cintas. In July 2025 we closed a $150M Series D led by Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing our total funding to $254M at a $2.5B valuation. We were named to the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 and ranked #1 in EAM and CMMS on G2's Summer 2025 report.

EMEA is our next major growth market. 68% of industrial companies have the same or more downtime than they did a year ago, and there are 3.8M unfilled manufacturing jobs projected through 2033. The plants, utilities, and facilities running these operations still run on spreadsheets and legacy systems. That's the problem we're solving.

The Role

MaintainX is building out its enterprise sales presence across EMEA, starting with a UK&I-led territory. We're looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to build pipeline from scratch, create urgency with complex industrial buyers, and close multi-site enterprise deals — with the potential to expand across EMEA depending on experience.

This is a new-logo hunter seat, not an account management role. You'll work closely with EMEA sales leadership to establish the regional motion, win early reference customers, and help shape how MaintainX goes to market across the region.

  • Own the full sales cycle across UK&I-led EMEA accounts — from cold outreach through procurement, negotiation, and signature.
  • Build your own pipeline through executive outreach, targeted prospecting, BDR collaboration, and coordinated campaigns with Marketing.
  • Sell to COOs, VP Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Maintenance leaders using the language of uptime, OEE, MTTR, safety, and asset performance.
  • Navigate 6–12+ stakeholder buying committees while maintaining disciplined forecasting, mutual action plans, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Bring market intelligence back to Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to sharpen how MaintainX wins in EMEA.

You Have

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience with a track record of owning full-cycle sales into large, complex organizations.
  • Proven hunter record: you have personally sourced, developed, and closed cold enterprise accounts — not relied primarily on inbound or an established regional brand.
  • Experience selling £/€250K–£/€1M+ ACV deals, ideally across multi-site or operationally complex environments.
  • Background selling into manufacturing, industrials, energy, utilities, facilities, or other asset-intensive environments.
  • Multi-country EMEA experience, with a working understanding of how buying processes and procurement differ across markets.
  • High discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, account strategy, and deal execution.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, APM, IoT, or adjacent industrial software (Maximo, SAP PM, Hexagon, IFS/Ultimo).
  • Fluency in a second European language — German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
  • Background at a Series C/D, pre-IPO, or high-growth SaaS company.

We Offer

  • Competitive base + variable comp aligned to role and location.
  • Equity in a high-growth, post-Series D company.
  • Day-1 benefits coverage — health, dental, vision.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Flexible remote setup with regular EMEA travel.
  • Real career trajectory — we promote quickly because the org is growing.

Values & How We Work

We're direct. We reward output and promote quickly when people deliver. This role is right for someone who finds building a territory from scratch energizing — and who is allergic to waiting for inbound to materialize.

MaintainX is committed to creating a diverse environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
