Lead Coordinator, Office Operations (Part-Time)

Location:
Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

The Role:
This Phoenix-based, part-time, in-office Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for the overall operations and purchasing needs of the National Office, including overseeing general customer service, vendors, shipping and receiving, office equipment management, and facility requests.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing daily office operations including mail opening and distribution, purchasing, and office configuration
- Demonstrated experience supporting the vendor selection process
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with internal/external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and make timely decisions with sound judgment
- Ability to take initiative, be innovative, and work independently
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve tenant requests by working with the property manager
- Maintain working environment and equipment in clean and orderly manner
- Manage electronic and physical check deposits in collaboration with a cross-functional team
- Maintain budgets and review operations-related expenses, periodically involved with renegotiating contracts
- Manage Ticket request system as it pertains to Facilities & Operations, working with the property manager
- Act as primary liaison to building management and security
- Manage on and off-site records storage, review inventory, and obtain proper authority to destroy old records
- Support reporting required for compliance with the Maricopa County Travel Reduction Program
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Located in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas
- 3 – 5 years of experience in office management and operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations is helpful
Working Conditions
- Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
- Work in an office environment
- Requires frequent bending and lifting of items up to 15 pounds
- Some travel required
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and normal business hours
This Role's Hiring Range
$22,880 - $24,440 USD
