Location:

Remote positions are open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S. Hybrid positions are open to applicants based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Position Summary:
This position manages the in-kind Cruise Line program, including handling booking requests for wishes on behalf of chapter program staff. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, as well as the corporate partner, in developing and coordinating this in-kind partnership and program.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures.
- Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests.
- Advises and supports chapters on program utilization.
- Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing this in-kind resource for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing efficient processes and trainings, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Analyzes, tracks and reports on program utilization.
- Synthesizes and shares chapter feedback to improve program impact.
- Directly completes booking requests.
- Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.
- Performs other job duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel.
- 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce systems preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
- Travel required, up to 10%
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours
This Role's Hiring Range
$52,194 - $55,000 USD
