This internship is a great fit for students who wants hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations in a fast-paced tech environment, and who is curious about how AI and automation can improve HR workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Support Talent Acquisition and People Operations projects across the People Team
  • Help streamline hiring and people processes by improving templates, tracking, and coordination
  • Experiment with AI and automation to make HR workflows more efficient and scalable
  • Collaborate with teammates across the company and learn how a growing tech organization hires and builds culture

What you’ll gain

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with people, communication, and coordination

You won’t just observe HR — you’ll actively help shape how it works in a modern tech company. Our team experiments with AI, automation, and new tools to make people processes smarter and more scalable. You’ll get to test ideas, try new approaches, and quickly see what works.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the company, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing tech organization hires, collaborates, and builds culture.
