Product Design Intern (UX/UI)

Prague

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

Prague, Czechia

At Make, Product Designers turn complex automation into intuitive product experiences. We work closely with product managers and engineers to design flows, interfaces, and interactions that help users build and manage workflows with confidence. As a Product Design Intern, you’ll work on real product surfaces, prototype ideas in Figma, and contribute to improvements across onboarding, core product flows, and the design system.

You apply once. Based on your strengths and preferences, we match you to one of our Product Design tracks.

Key dates

Apply by: 30 March
Prague Intern Day: 8 April
Ideal start date: Mid April to June 2026

Spots are limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Current Product Design tracks

1) Product Design Intern – Growth

Design and iterate on high-visibility experiences that impact acquisition, activation, and engagement.

Examples of what you may work on:

  • Visual experiments across key product surfaces (dashboard, resource hub, high-traffic UI areas)
  • Improving onboarding journeys through discovery and ideation
  • Building reusable UI components in collaboration with Growth and Design System experts

2) Product Design Intern – Core Automation

Improve the foundational workflows that power how users build and manage automations in Make.

Examples of what you may work on:

  • Patterns for scenario organization (subfolders, labels, advanced filtering)
  • Enhancing navigation areas (customization, profile, user settings)
  • Improving interaction patterns in the scenario builder (menus, copy/paste, cloning, “lovability”)

During the process, we evaluate your skills and interests. Final placement is based on team fit and where you can grow fastest.

You will be supported by a dedicated mentor and structured onboarding.
