About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Executive to run our Affiliates, Display & Print channels. In this highly data-driven, analytical role, you will own the strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization to drive profitable growth through your managed channels. You will have a direct impact on the growth of Harry’s DTC business through your management of these channels, while exploring other marketing channels that will drive new customer acquisition. Experience with Affiliate marketing is essential, preferably also Tiktok experience.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Growth to define strategy, manage, and efficiently scale customer acquisition, primarily through Affiliates, Display and Print.
  • Lead and perform campaign planning, execution, and optimization to deliver new customer sales and CPA targets to budget.
  • Set and manage monthly and yearly goals for profitable growth from new customer acquisition for the channels you lead
  • Own sales tracking. Define and maintain the framework for accurate channel mapping to ensure all marketing activity is properly tracked, and sales are attributed to relevant channels.
  • Track and report on performance, identifying key wins and learnings to advise future campaigns leveraging tools like GA, Looker & Shopify. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in tracking, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Be adept at communicating performance reporting, optimisations & opportunities to a broader group of stakeholders, tailoring style as appropriate to the right level of detail
  • Manage campaigns in platforms across Affiliates and Display, optimising targeting, offers, creative, and landing page experiences to increase conversion rates
  • Be a good partner to agencies by managing relationships and workflows to ensure timely & optimal execution & results
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to produce compelling, innovative ad content that resonates with target audiences and drives breakthrough performance. 
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new channels
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across Harry’s, including Brand, Product, Analytics, Demand Planning, Distribution, and Finance, to align strategies, ensure consistent execution, and deliver on broader company objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience in an analytically challenging Growth marketing role (bonus for experience at a DTC company)
  • Zero ego team player, always thinking about how to help those around you excel
  • Sense of humour -- we take our work seriously, but not ourselves
  • Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, with a persistent desire to look for opportunities through data analysis, go multiple levels deep, understand, and take action.
