Senior Amazon Brand Manager, Mando
|
About Mammoth Brands Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community. We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. As a company, we’re also committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date. |
About the Role:
As the Senior Amazon Brand Manager for Mando, you will own the end-to-end success of the Mando portfolio on the Amazon platform, as well as Mando’s presence on Walmart.com and other Retail.com sites. This role requires a blend of high-level financial ownership, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. You will be the primary driver of Mando's growth across the digital shelf, ensuring the brand's story is told effectively while maintaining a healthy, profitable business across all 3P and marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the Mando Amazon 3P and Walmart.com P&Ls. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth while aggressively managing bottom-line contribution margins and overall account profitability across all managed digital marketplaces.
- IBP Process Leadership: Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Mando on Amazon and Walmart. You will run this process on behalf of the team, leading Portfolio, Demand, and Supply reviews with cross-functional teammates to ensure one integrated set of plans that accounts for multi-channel demand.
- Omnichannel New Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end new product launch process for Amazon, Walmart.com, and other Retail.com platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that ensure successful, coordinated, and scalable product introductions across the digital landscape.
- Retail.com & Marketplace Management: Manage Mando’s presence on additional Retail.com platforms (Walmart.com, Target.com, etc.). You will oversee catalog setup, maintain brand consistency, and optimize the "digital shelf" to maximize visibility and conversion on each respective platform.
- Listing & Content Management: Execute best-in-class product detail pages (PDPs) for the Mando brand. You will manage the product catalog, ensure listings are optimized for conversion, and maintain high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints, utilizing Noun Phrase Optimization (NPO) to align with AI-driven search systems.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketplace operations, including catalog health, shipment monitoring, and inventory control. You will proactively resolve technical issues, manage reseller activity, and navigate Walmart Seller Center and other Retail.com portals to ensure continuous listing optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and build strong relationships with teams across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Retail, Creative, Finance, and more to develop and execute brand strategies.
- Market Research & Data Literacy: Develop systems for ongoing analysis of Amazon and Retail.com data to share insights on trends, opportunities, and challenges. Identify new growth opportunities and coordinate marketing initiatives to drive external traffic to marketplace listings
