We’re hiring a Residential Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, values customer relationships, and wants to be part of a company known for excellence and integrity. You'll handle residential repairs, maintenance, and installs — experience with water quality systems is a plus, and boiler knowledge is welcomed but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing System Installation:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential settings, including pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to building codes and safety standards. - Code Compliance & Safety Standards:
Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Follow safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment. -
Documentation & Reporting:
Keep accurate records of work performed, including installations, repairs, and materials used. Document inspection results and submit reports for management and regulatory purposes. -
Tool and Equipment Management:
Maintain and care for plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely. -
Collaboration with Team:
Work closely with other installers, plumbers, and contractors on larger projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project completion. -
Continuous Learning & Skill Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques, technology, and industry standards through ongoing training and education.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of plumbing safety experience. Experience with in-home, consultative sales is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working.
