Producer, Manifold

U.S. Anywhere

Manifold a Division of Lyft, whose purpose is to serve and connect. Together, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and has the opportunity to thrive.

Manifold produces world-class, award-winning experiences globally—from intimate pop-up activations to complex, multi-faceted conferences and large-scale brand experiences. Production is at the heart of bringing those experiences to life, and we believe great production is built on strong partnerships, thoughtful collaboration, and exceptional execution.

We work closely with our Account, Creative, and Operations teams to partner with our clients throughout the lifecycle of an engagement, often becoming an extension of their team. We take pride in delivering experiences that are not only creatively ambitious, but thoughtfully planned, operationally sound, and executed at a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer at Manifold.
  • Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive project momentum.
  • Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, solve operational challenges, and know when to make independent decisions versus when to escalate.
  • Own end-to-end production workflows, maintain key documentation (run-of-shows, staffing plans, logistics), and contribute to post-program debriefs.
  • Develop and track comprehensive production schedules across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap while communicating project status and risks.
  • Build, monitor, and reconcile program budgets, manage purchase orders and vendor estimates, and make daily cost decisions within scope.
  • Oversee daily relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Evaluate creative concepts for production viability, contribute operational insights during brainstorms, and deliver practical, solutions-oriented options.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or creative agency environments managing full program lifecycles (kickoff to wrap).
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with a solid grasp of event logistics, production elements, and vendor networks.
  • Skilled in building and managing production schedules and full project budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation).
  • Strong written/verbal communicator; capable of making sound independent decisions and knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable under pressure, and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings.
  • Willing and able to travel and work extended, non-traditional hours for onsite event execution.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications (or related field) and/or PMP certification/equivalent training.
    • Hands-on experience with AV, lighting, staging, scenic design, video streaming, and technical event technologies.
    • Proven experience as a Stage Manager or Show Caller.
    • Established relationships with production vendors, fabricators, technical partners, and freelancers.

Benefits:

  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled
  • Mental health benefits
  • Family building benefits
  • Child care and pet benefits
  • 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future
  • In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
  • 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible
  • Subsidized commuter benefits
