Growth Marketing Manager

Boston, MA

About Manifold

At Manifold, we are rebuilding how life sciences organizations work in the age of AI.

Life sciences is a $2 trillion industry where productivity directly impacts patient outcomes. Yet despite major advances in biology, data generation, and AI, progress has slowed. Critical scientific questions are still blocked by fragmented data, brittle infrastructure, and workflows that were never designed for secure collaboration or AI-driven analysis.

Manifold is the AI platform for life sciences, purpose-built to close this gap. We believe vertical AI is the next platform shift, and life sciences requires a domain-specific approach. Manifold combines agentic AI, deep life sciences context, and enterprise-grade governance to help teams move from scientific question to insight faster, so life-changing medicines reach patients sooner.

Manifold is used by leading organizations across industry and academia, including Foundation Medicine, the Broad Institute, and the University of Virginia. The platform supports tens of thousands of users across hundreds of organizations globally. Manifold is backed by Reach Capital, TQ Ventures, Calibrate Ventures, SilverArc Capital, and Industry Ventures, with $40M raised to date.

Our Culture

At Manifold, we value intellectual rigor, humility, and mission-driven collaboration. We believe that technology is only as powerful as the people behind it, and we’re building a culture that supports growth, inclusion, and curiosity. We work fast, think deeply, and strive to make a lasting impact on patients' lives.

About the Role

Manifold is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help define and execute our solutions-led go-to-market strategy.

As a core member of the GTM team, you will be responsible for turning Manifold’s prioritized solutions into repeatable, buyer-led GTM motions that drive pipeline and sales execution. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing and demand generation, with clear ownership over how solutions are positioned, activated, measured, and scaled.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure our solutions are clearly articulated, consistently sold, and supported across campaigns, enablement, events, and content. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership and accountability in a fast-moving AI platform company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Manifold’s core solutions, from narrative development to pipeline activation.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel GTM programs that drive demand for prioritized solutions, including campaigns, events, content, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure solutions are clearly understood, consistently sold, and tied to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Translate platform capabilities into buyer-led solution narratives that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and business impact.
  • Support solution launches and expansions by aligning messaging across marketing, sales, partnerships, and the website.
  • Track solution-level performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion, and sales feedback, and use insights to iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to test and refine messaging, channels, and GTM tactics as the platform and market evolve.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong exposure to product marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue through solution- or product-led GTM programs.
  • Ability to translate complex, technical platforms into clear, compelling buyer narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning goals, metrics, and reporting tied to pipeline impact.
  • High-agency operator who can lead initiatives end to end with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort making decisions in ambiguous environments and moving quickly without perfect information.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, experimentation, and building new GTM muscles alongside emerging technology.

Location

  • Hybrid, Boston, MA (current office is in Newton, MA)

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision plans
  • Life insurance and disability coverage

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
