
Executive Assistant
Manifold Bio is a biotech company pursuing a pipeline of protein therapeutics using novel molecular measurement technologies and library-guided protein engineering. Our drug discovery engine is differentiated by massively parallel screening in vivo from the beginning of our discovery process. This unique platform is powered by a proprietary protein barcoding technology that allows multiplexed protein quantitation at unprecedented scale and sensitivity. Position
We are seeking a highly proactive, experienced Executive Assistant to provide sophisticated support to our senior leadership team, orchestrate complex administrative functions, and serve as a vital communications hub across our organization. You will empower our executives to focus on strategic priorities while you masterfully manage calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and anticipate needs before they arise. This experienced position requires someone who can balance discretion with decisive action, bringing proven experience in supporting C-suite leaders and navigating challenging business environments with poise. Beyond exceptional organizational skills, you'll need to approach executive support with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and business acumen. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and correspondence, prioritizing CEO support while accommodating other leadership team needs
- Coordinate all travel logistics for team members and external visitors, ensuring seamless arrangements
- Proactively partner with leadership team members to clarify priorities, track deliverables, and provide accountability follow-up, ensuring strategic initiatives remain on schedule and key objectives are accomplished
- Act as the point of contact with internal/external stakeholders as an important ambassador of the company
- Facilitate effective meetings through agenda preparation, content refinement, and seamless presentation logistics
- Support management of various HR documentation, legal contracting and administrative projects, maintaining complete and organized files
- Plan and execute company events such as science hours, holiday parties, birthday lunches etc
- Serve as office manager and first point of contact for visitors, maintaining a professional workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience in the biotech startup industry preferred
- Highly flexible team player with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Exceptional ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong time management skills, with experience managing competing priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software as needed, including Notion, Airtable, Slack, and others.
