Current openings at MANO Project
About MANO Project, an initiative of Hispanic Access Foundation
Hispanic Access connects Latinos and the BIPOC community with partners and opportunities to improve lives and create an equitable society.
Launched in 2015, The MANO Project (My Access to Network Opportunities) connects, builds and develops young leaders of color who share a passion for serving and strengthening their communities. We build trusting relationships with federal and state agencies and NGOs to provide professional development and training opportunities for early career professionals.
Our internship and fellowship programs offer unique work experiences and competitive packages for candidates. Programs provide extensive training, mentoring and professional development support to ensure that students have the tools, tips and knowledge to be outstanding contributors, navigate challenges and make the most of their experience. By participating in the MANO Project, the next generation of professionals are strongly positioned for success and high impact.
In addition to advocating for positions with liveable wages and competitive benefits, the MANO Project administers a comprehensive framework to support workforce functions. This includes promoting a pathway of access for minority students and recent graduates to participate in an equitable recruitment and selection process.
As of today, more than 600 alumni have participated in the MANO Project, and we recruit for approximately 200 positions annually within various land management agencies and NGOs.
