Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Technology Product, we are seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst, Digital Technology with a passion for applications and a desire to be a driving force in leading, implementing and managing technical integrations across the business. This role will support the delivery of the MANSCAPED® Digital Technology Roadmap through implementation and customization of our digital systems. In addition, this role will work to identify opportunities for improvement, help drive process definition and deployment and foster an environment of high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supports delivery of digital technology systems, from scoping and design to testing, implementation, and optimization, leveraging internal and external partners
• Collaborates with various business partners to define and document key requirements including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), End-to-End Functional Flow Diagrams, Business Process SOPs, Data Analysis and Reporting
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to develop test strategies ensuring that the requirements are understood clearly from cross functional partners to finalize the test plans
• Supports ongoing and in-flight initiatives by leading requirements gathering, design phases, and solution validation
• Conducts product solutions research to evaluate and implement the most effective digital technology solutions
• Collaborates with development teams to review business requirements, helping to scope and plan key initiatives effectively
• Supports backlog management and initiative planning by assisting with grooming the digital technology backlog and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Performs data analysis on transactional data that drives decision making on different initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product capabilities, driving efficiency and alignment with business objectives
• Champion process and system improvements by leveraging Shopify, Ordergroove, Klaviyo, MongoDB, and other digital tools to enhance business performance  
• Work closely with Development and Testing teams to address key blockers and ensure functional clarity, facilitating successful execution    
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Systems within the Retail or eCommerce industry 
• Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred 
• Proven track record of implementing large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives 
• Strong experience in Digital Systems roadmaps for eCommerce retailers 
• Strong experience working in Agile methodology 
• Familiarity in writing queries on MongoDB for performing data analysis for ongoing programs 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage lean internal and external teams with a focus on execution, accountability, and results 
• Experience partnering with third-party consultants, vendors, and contractors to maximize technology value and scalability 
• Deep understanding of Retail Digital Technology ecosystems 
• Familiarity with Shopify is a strong plus 
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable
