Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Go-To-Market team. You are passionate about the impact of mental health and wellness, find energy in working with university partners, and are politely persistent on your way to winning large deals. About The Role

The Sales Executive will:

  • Report to the Vice President of Sales
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with company objectives, expanding our market and client base
  • Lead business efforts across your region, with support from Marketing and the Revenue Operations teams
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to gain long-term client relationships with prospects
  • Develop an annual plan to hit regional targets, typically covering multiple states
  • Utilize a sophisticated, multi-step selling process with defined criteria, executive sponsorship, and clear timelines
  • Travel to campuses throughout your region, host small events, and attend national and regional events to build relationships and create demand
  • Engage with all relevant stakeholders at the account to limit being single-threaded
  • Guide RFP processes, as appropriate
  • Become an expert on Mantra’s solutions and our market
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, contacts, and accounts
  • Travel for customer visits and internal meetings; approximately a few days per month

About You

  • Experienced in complex solution sales, specifically closing consultative, multi-persona deals
  • Action-oriented and able to cultivate business with experience collaborating with and orchestrating GTM resources, including Marketing support
  • Can lead and build target lists and execute outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve the defined sales targets
  • Can thrive on taking initiative in a fast-moving, growth environment while generating energy from presenting to small and large groups of prospects
  • Has the ability to conceive and execute long-term sales strategies while tackling immediate challenges
  • Can take a learning approach, be organized and comfortable using a modern sales tech stack
  • Has success selling at an early-stage company
  • Can demonstrate proven success at achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Possesses the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of experts to aid the prospect through their buying journey
  • Experience selling into higher education is strongly preferred

The salary for this role is $100k-$120k, depending on experience, with an OTE of $ 200k-$240k.
