Senior Sales Operations Manager

We seek a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join and manage the processes, tools, and technologies supporting the success of sales and partner success teams. About The Role

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will:

Strategic Impact and Insights

  • Own Sales, Partner Success dashboards & monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency
  • Generate actionable analyses and insights that inform strategic decisions

Sales Process Optimization

  • Support a team to continuously improve the strategic account designation and territory assignment through analysis of Mantra’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and their Propensity to Buy (PTB)
  • Improve and revise sales, renewal, and cross-sell processes to improve efficiency and predictability

Tech Stack and Tool Management

  • Evaluate, implement, and train teams on sales tools and technologies that improve sales and partner success productivity
  • Manage the day-to-day operation and implement necessary changes to the sales and partner success tech stack

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Report to the Vice President of Sales but also work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Drive pipeline management and forecasting in conjunction with sales leadership
  • Collaborate in setting quotas and incentives that align sales and company goals, as well as tracking tools and incremental KPIs

About You

Background and Experience

  • Proven track record of project management, especially around coordinating new implementations of programs and software tools
  • Proven experience optimizing sales and renewal processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing operational improvements, and driving execution.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting background, with a track record of supporting sales and install base teams in improving predictability and performance.
  • Track record of curiosity & applying modern AI tools to improve GTM productivity
  • Familiarity with Gong, Prolifiq, Slack, Hubspot
  • Experience working with Looker or similar BI tools
  • Deep understanding of a customer lifecycle, from lead generation to renewals
  • Experience in a similar role at a company with complex modular solutions that include 6+ month sales cycles with total contract values exceeding $500,000
  • Experience implementing CPQ systems is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce & Salesforce administration is required

The base salary for this role is 135,000 - 145,000 + bonus + equity.
