  • Lead the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and key reports to support fundraising and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and execute complex, high-priority projects across teams, sometimes representing the CEO to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Partner with the CEO to optimize CEO’s time and schedule, executive offsites, and critical business communications, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Operator: 6+ years of experience driving execution and operational excellence in high-growth environments, ideally in a private equity-backed tech-enabled services company (100-1,000 employees). • Project Leader & Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and progress while staying adaptable to shifting priorities. Capable of representing the CEO in high-stakes meetings and driving decisions forward.
  • Data-Driven & Execution-Focused: Use data and structured analysis to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality execution in everything from board materials to strategic initiatives. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, business analytics, and translating insights into action.
  • Executive Partner & Trusted Communicator: Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, anticipating needs, distilling complex information, and managing high-stakes communications with clarity and precision. Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience creating investor decks and board materials.
  • Detail-Oriented & Process-Minded: Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving accountability and operational efficiency across teams. Advanced project management skills with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives on time.
  • Values-Driven: Deeply aligned with Mantra’s mission, vision, and values, with a strong commitment to improving mental health care access and outcomes. Experience in healthcare, digital health, or ed-tech is a plus.
  • Ambitious & Eager to Learn: Excited to take on a high-impact role with significant exposure to leadership, work hard, and learn from experienced executives while growing as a strategic leader. MBA from a top-tier program is a plus.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
