WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market efforts for our Instagram channel on a global scale. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong product-led growth background and think of the customer’s journey end-to-end, from acquisition plays to in-product experiences. In this role, you’ll translate core product capabilities into end-user marketing, all the way to industry-level stories at conferences, marketing content, and campaigns.

The new team member will report to our Product Marketing Director and collaborate directly with Product-focused PMMs, to bring product launches into marketing campaigns, while partnering closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns that have both top-of-funnel and in-product impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

  • Act as the voice of the customer by developing value propositions and differentiated positioning for Manychat’s Instagram product, with strong messaging that drives awareness with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience for Creator audiences using Manychat’s Instagram product.
  • Develop high-quality, credible, and valuable content that drives adoption and usage to drive both short-term interest and long-term brand awareness.
  • Identify ways to drive breadth and depth of platform usage by identifying, packaging, and marketing use cases that are relevant for target audiences.
  • Run competitive and market analyses to develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💥

  • 5+ years of proven Marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that drives action.
  • High empathy and curiosity. You strive to connect the dots and align stakeholders across differing viewpoints, cultures, and geographies.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments where competitors, products, and customer segments are evolving quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and competition.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Currently, we are only seeking candidates who are local to the Austin, TX area.
