WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to drive growth-focused initiatives.

Your primary focus will be to revamp the entire user discovery experience within the product. You’ll create new growth loops that directly influence our Activation and Retention metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀:

• Analyze and improve the UX for setting up Manychat to better meet customer needs during the discovery phase.
• Maintain close connection with customers, analyze the market to assist them in discovery, and help them get more value from our product.
• Develop successful metrics and lead initiatives to enhance new user adoption of our product including large projects and small experiments.
• Continuously monitor and analyze growth-related metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, data engineers, product engineers) and guide the product team to deliver results.
• Expand the current product with the new growth loops.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥:

You'll need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on metrics and delivering value to customers.
• A responsibility-driven approach, ensuring you own not just outputs but the outcomes of your work.
• A customer-centric mindset, you always begin with gaining a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools and analytical platforms, with a background in data and analytics as a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong presentation skills, effectively showcasing your work results and the impact you’ve made.
• A communication style that is clear, concise, and empathetic.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE 🤩:

Additional skills:

• A deep understanding of PLG and data analytics.
• Experience with SaaS products or products with a subscription model.
