We are looking for an experienced TikTok Performance Marketing Manager based in Austin, TX, who’s excited to take the lead on our TikTok advertising efforts.  You’ll bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in performance marketing, and at least 2 years of dedicated TikTok ad management.

If you have a strong background in performance marketing and experience in creative strategy—especially in creator-focused areas—you’ll find an exciting place here to drive growth on TikTok.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Develop, execute, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to meet business objectives, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our creative team to guide the development of TikTok-specific content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate across teams, including brand, creative, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and features in TikTok marketing to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage relationships with TikTok account reps and any relevant third-party vendors.
  • Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and creator-driven content campaigns to boost brand visibility.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You'll need:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful performance marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years of full timeTikTok ad campaign management, with a deep understanding of TikTok's platform, ad formats, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and implementing brand and creative strategies, ideally targeting creators, influencers, or verticals related to the creator economy.
  • Proficiency in campaign data analysis and actionable insights delivery.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for TikTok, social media trends, and innovative digital marketing strategies.
