WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are searching for a Senior PR & Communications Strategist who can help us share the exciting stories of Manychat with the world. If you love crafting compelling narratives, pitching to the right outlets, and making connections that matter, we want you on our team.

You’ll report to the Head of Creative Content, focusing on building relationships with media outlets, identifying newsworthy angles, and ensuring our both brand’s content and achievements and vision are shared far and wide. 

Your experience in media relations and passion for storytelling will help drive the conversation around what we do and why it matters. We’re looking for someone who can take our brand to the next level, sharing stories that make a difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Develop and implement a proactive pitching strategy to generate media coverage that highlights our brand’s innovation, achievements, and impact.
  • Assist in any SEO-related PR campaigns our head of SEO requires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure consistent, high-quality coverage.
  • Prepare and pitch story ideas to targeted media outlets, adapting the narrative to fit the interests of each publication and reporter.
  • Collaborate with team members to source and develop engaging stories, case studies, and data-driven narratives that spotlight our brand.
  • Monitor and respond to media inquiries, ensuring accurate information and timely responses.
  • Track and analyze media coverage, measuring the effectiveness of pitches and identifying new opportunities for storytelling.
  • Stay current on industry news and media trends to inform pitching strategy and maintain relevance in a changing landscape.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You'll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in PR or media relations, with a proven track record of successful story pitching and media placement.
  • Strong media network and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in crafting concise, compelling pitches tailored to specific outlets.
  • Experience identifying and developing stories that resonate with media and drive brand awareness.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple stories and media opportunities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to support data-informed storytelling.
