As the Director of Partnerships, you’ll lead and expand our partnerships strategy, playing a key role in shaping a thriving ecosystem that aligns seamlessly with our marketing and growth objectives. You'll scale existing affiliate and creator programs while driving new opportunities, including agency collaborations and other strategic partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to accelerate the company’s growth and strengthen market leadership.
  • Lead and manage the teams overseeing affiliate, agency, and creator partnerships, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnership opportunities across diverse verticals to enhance our reach and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing, events, product, and PMM teams to seamlessly integrate partnerships into larger campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build a dynamic and engaged community of partners through innovative engagement programs and value-driven initiatives.
  • Define metrics, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize the impact of all partnership streams.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key partners to ensure sustained success.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior partnerships role, managing diverse teams and multiple partnership streams.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, demonstrated by a consistent track record of leading teams to achieve excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a focus on creating mutual value.
  • Strategic mindset with a sharp ability to identify and seize growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing landscapes.
  • Passion for the creator economy.
  • Experience in SaaS partnerships is a significant advantage.
