WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re looking for a BI Analyst who sees stories in spreadsheets, patterns in chaos, and opportunities in numbers. In this role, you’ll bring clarity where others see complexity — keeping our marketing efforts grounded in reality while enabling us to launch experimental programs and rule-breaking content.

You’ll collaborate across teams, build dashboards that actually get used, and help us answer the questions we didn’t even know we had. Reporting to the Marketing Analytics Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in tracking performance and delivering the data and insights that drive Manychat’s growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

  • Work with extensive data that tells a new story every day.
  • Uncover and communicate truths and patterns hidden in our data to help marketing leaders make informed decisions and continuously improve.
  • Build and maintain dashboard and reports to track key marketing KPIs.
  • Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our data warehouse.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Analysts and Data engineering to improve data sources and pipelines.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You’ll need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights – both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience with digital marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta).
  • Familiarity with data warehouse tools (e.g. Snowflake).
