WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and impact-driven Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving Manychat's growth and strategic direction. Reporting to the Business Analytics Lead and working closely with leadership, you will directly influence the mid- and long-term roadmap by providing actionable insights and leading impactful analytics initiatives.

You will collaborate with key business areas—including Product, Marketing, and Finance—to develop a solid understanding of the strategic drivers across domains, integrate insights holistically, and help optimize revenue and identify growth levers. You are highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative, able to manage complex projects independently, solve challenging and ambiguous business problems, and leverage data to create meaningful impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

• Lead business analytics initiatives that drive Manychat’s growth and strategic roadmap.
• Develop and maintain Manychat’s operational and growth models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Investigate the product and market from multiple perspectives, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Build and improve tools and dashboards to monitor company performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and understand key growth levers.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams to unify insights and strengthen strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify and resolve growth bottlenecks and business challenges.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization and proactively identify new areas of opportunity.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in business analytics or similar, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey complex findings clearly and effectively.
• Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau); experience with Python, R, and/or Git is a plus.
• A solid understanding of statistical techniques.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality analytical outputs under tight deadlines, navigate high-level discussions, and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage projects end-to-end, structure unframed problems, and take ownership of initiatives.
• Ability to partner with analytics counterparts for Product, Marketing, and Finance to integrate insights across domains, build a holistic view of business performance, and guide strategic, cross-functional decision-making and collaboration.
• Familiarity with data projects such as segmentation, forecasting, pricing, and machine learning applications.
