Head of Affiliate Partnerships

Austin, TX

WHO WE ARE 🌍

We help creators get more out of every conversation with Instagram-focused automations and support for other channels like Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.

With a diverse team of 350+ people spread across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used — and loved — by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We’re looking for a Head of Affiliate Partnerships to own and scale one of Manychat’s most important acquisition channels. Our affiliate ecosystem includes over 25,000 partners across creators, publishers, and agencies and it already drives meaningful, efficient growth. This person in this role will be responsible for taking that engine to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for building a program that works at scale while also developing deep, high-trust relationships with our highest-impact partners. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll design systems, lead experimentation, and personally engage with top affiliates who drive a significant share of acquisition and revenue.

This role sits within the Growth organization and works closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Data teams. You’ll start with one direct report and will help shape the future structure of the team as the program scales.

YOUR FUTURE TEAMMATES đź‘‹

Meet the Marketing team:

We're the voice of Manychat. A voice that's loud, creative, opinionated, and weird in the best possible way. We combine passion, data, and storytelling to cut through the noise and fuel mad growth.

WHY YOU’LL LIKE IT HERE 🤩

Your work won't sit in a folder. It'll be out in the world — driving growth, sparking conversations, inspiring creators, and entertaining them. We're always down to test out new ideas and share learnings, so if you have something up your sleeve, say it! We want to hear it and make it happen together.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🚀

Own the affiliate channel end-to-end

You will be accountable for affiliate-driven acquisition and revenue, from strategy to execution. This includes goal setting, forecasting, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of the channel.

Build scalable onboarding and activation for long-tail partners

Design and launch automated onboarding, education, and activation journeys that help thousands of smaller partners succeed with minimal friction. This includes tooling, content, incentives, and lifecycle communication that drives early wins and sustained engagement.

Develop a high-touch program for top partners

Create and run a relationship-driven program for high-potential and top-performing affiliates. This includes personalized onboarding, ongoing strategy support, early access to launches, co-marketing opportunities, and regular performance reviews. You’ll act as a trusted partner to creators and agencies who treat Manychat as a core growth lever.

Evolve the program with technology and AI

Partner closely with internal teams to adopt new tools and AI-powered workflows that improve how affiliates are onboarded, supported, and activated. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious, forward-thinking, and excited to learn how new technology can unlock scale and efficiency.

Partner cross-functionally

Work with Product and Growth teams to ensure affiliates are aligned with launches, positioning, and priority use cases. Bring partner insights back into the company to influence roadmap, messaging, and growth strategy.

Lead and grow the team

Manage and mentor the affiliate team, starting with one direct report. Over time, help define the org design, roles, and processes needed to support a global, high-impact affiliate program.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą

You’ll bring:

Strong affiliate or partner program leadership

You have experience owning and scaling an affiliate or partner program at a growth-stage or scaled tech company. You understand creators, publishers, and agencies and how their incentives, motivations, and businesses differ.

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills

You can design long-term strategy, but you’re equally comfortable getting into the weeds. You’re excited to build playbooks, test ideas, jump on partner calls, and refine systems yourself.

Ability to build deep relationships

You know how to build trust with top partners and turn strong relationships into sustained growth. You enjoy working closely with high-performing creators and agencies and understand how to make them feel supported, valued, and excited to grow with you.

Data-driven and growth-minded

You’re comfortable using data to make decisions, measure performance, and prioritize where to invest time and resources. You think in terms of acquisition efficiency, leverage, and scalable impact.

A Curiosity for new technology

You’re interested in how automation and AI can improve partner programs and are open to learning new tools and workflows as the program evolves.

Strong communication and collaboration

You can clearly articulate strategy, align stakeholders, and represent the affiliate channel internally with confidence and clarity.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Affiliates are one of Manychat’s biggest and most strategic growth channels. This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of creators and partners grow their businesses with Manychat and how Manychat scales globally through partnerships. You’ll have real ownership, executive visibility, and the chance to build a world-class affiliate program that others look to as a benchmark.

  • 📚 Annual professional development reimbursement for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
