Regional Operations Director (MO)

As a Regional Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across the region, optimizing resource management, and delivering exceptional client service. Acting as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, you’ll oversee staffing decisions, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement to enhance operational performance.  

What will your day look like?

As a Regional Operations Director, you’ll be at the core of driving efficiency and excellence across regional operations.

Your day will involve:  

• Overseeing the end-to-end operational management of clients in the region, ensuring efficiency and consistency. 
• Driving operational excellence by ensuring compliance with global principles and standards. 
• Facilitating seamless collaboration between regional, local, and global teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and handovers. 
• Managing and mentoring local Operations Managers, helping them develop leadership capabilities. 
• Cultivating a strong team culture that fosters professional growth, high performance, and career fulfilment. 
• Ensuring the high-quality delivery of services, meeting client SLAs and commitments. 
• Building and managing key client relationships within the region, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals. 
• Engaging with global management teams to align regional strategies with company-wide initiatives.

You are a strategic and hands-on leader, adept at managing complex operations while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving business impact through operational excellence.  

For this role, we expect you to have:  

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing operations at a regional level. 
• Strong business acumen, understanding market dynamics and strategic decision-making. 
• Experience in resource planning, operational forecasting, and risk management. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align with both internal teams and external clients. 
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements. 
• A passion for mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
