Local Operations Director

As a Local Operations Director, you will be at the heart of ensuring operational efficiency, resource optimization, and seamless collaboration across teams. What will your day look like?
As a Local Operations Director, you will oversee the operational performance of your center, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting local business objectives.
Your day will involve:
- Managing resource allocation across clients to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring smooth collaboration and handovers with the Regional Operations Director.
- Leading and developing local Operations Managers, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
- Creating a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Acting as the key liaison between local, regional, and global operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Managing the local office budget, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Leading recruitment efforts and ensuring operational facilities meet business needs.
Who are you going to work with?
You will be part of a global network of operations leaders, collaborating with Regional and Global Operations Management to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. You’ll also work closely with Operations Managers, local HR teams, and client stakeholders to drive efficiency, maintain high team engagement, and uphold service excellence.

For this role, we expect you to have:
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong people management skills, including experience leading multi-functional teams.
- A track record of driving operational excellence and implementing best practices.
- Experience with budget management, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with workforce management tools, performance tracking systems, and reporting tools would be an advantage.
