Student Project Manager

At VML MAP we are seeking a Student Project Manager with an interest in digital marketing and project management, and the curiosity to deep-dive into projects for our growing list of clients. 

What will your day look like?

As our new Student Project Manager, you will take part in organizing and coordinating key client projects, as well as assisting the team on various tasks. Your job is to help ensure a high level of quality when we deliver projects on time and within budget. More specifically, your tasks will include:

• To assist in customer projects
• To participate actively in and take responsibility for additional and cross sales to existing customers
• To take an active part in and responsibility for sales to new customers
• Supporting the team in various ad-hoc tasks such as administration, development of PowerPoint presentations, etc.

What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are proactive and positive and enjoy working in an international and multicultural organisation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, which is why it is important that you work well in teams, but also have the ability to work independently. 

You always work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that may arise, and as you will be coordinating several projects simultaneously, it is essential that you are organized and can keep perspective, while paying attention to the details.  

It does not matter what degree you have. What does matter is that you bring a curious mindset, along with an interest in working in an agency where you can grow and develop your professional skills. An aptitude for digital marketing and technology is also valued, as well as a keenness to develop your project management abilities. In addition, you have:

• Enrolled in a master’s degree or the last year of your bachelor’s degree 
• An interest in working with CRM, digital marketing and technical projects 
• Knowledge of project management tools, Scrum and the Atlassian tool-chain is an advantage, but not expected or required 
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• An ability to work between 15-20 hours a week.
