Solution Expert

What will your day look like?

As our new Solution Expert, you'll be the technical steward and owner for all technical processes and solutions managed by marketing operations. Your mission will be to leverage your comprehensive understanding of processes, platforms, and tools to provide operational support, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimal platform performance. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain platform functionality, and deliver essential technical training and support to your teammates.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Maintaining technical documentation clear and up to date.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for campaign execution.
• Receiving and providing input on Tech & Data handovers, assisting with training and rollouts.
• Providing hypercare support for critical or complex campaigns.
• Onboarding, guiding, and training team members.
• Identifying areas for upskilling and opportunities to expand service offerings.

While this position is ideal for those with foundational technical knowledge eager to apply their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment, we welcome a large variety of backgrounds and experiences. Any prior experience in marketing operations or campaign execution with a strong technical focus is a definite advantage.

• A genuine interest in marketing technologies and operations.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, workflows, or automation tools (a plus, but not a prerequisite – we're here to help you grow!).
• A demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and seamlessly adapt to new processes and tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective collaboration.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine willingness to contribute to our continuous improvement journey.
