Senior People Partner - Transformation focused
Step into a role where your strategic impact redefines our organization! We're seeking a proactive Senior People Partner ready to transform critical insights into impactful action, shaping our culture and scaling the future of our People function.
What will your day look like?
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Senior People Partner with solid HR fundamentals and a passion for driving change in the business. You’ll work with leaders to turn insights into action and lead people-transformation rollouts - while helping build and scale our strategic People function.
- Coach and partner with managers and leaders on performance and everyday people decisions.
- Own and resolve employee relations cases end-to-end (performance, probation, grievances, leave), managing risk and confidentiality.
- Use data to spot trends (attrition, absence, engagement, etc.) and recommend clear, practical actions.
- Ensure compliance with local employment law, GDPR and company policies; build country expertise for assigned markets.
- Run core people processes in your area: Workforce planning, performance/360s, compensation cycles, engagement surveys and exits.
Who are you going to work with?
You’ll join our global People Experience team and collaborate across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development, Comms & Events, and Performance & Talent Development—partnering closely with capability leaders, managers, and teams. We support the entire organization across our 14 locations.
What do you bring to the table?
You’re a proactive, strategic partner who drives change and momentum in the embedded organization. You blend hands-on execution with a strategic approach, are highly organized and can switch between urgent matters and longer-term projects. You are curious, detail‑oriented, thorough and a trusted steward of sensitive information. In addition, you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/People, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR partnering and employee relations, including coaching managers and owning cases.
- Track record leading multi-country people transformation programs from strategy to execution, including rolling out new initiatives, change management and long-term project delivery; experience improving HR processes and documentation at scale.
- Program delivery: Strong project/program management skills—scoping, planning, stakeholder management, change communications and measurement.
- Applied knowledge of country employment law and GDPR; comfortable navigating compliance.
- Experience with workforce planning and succession is a plus.
