About VML MAP Agentic Transformation Group
At VML MAP, we are investing in the future by leading the way in agentic AI development. Over the past year, we’ve built the VML MAP Agentic Transformation Group a team focused on developing  agentic AI solutions that drive real business value for ourselves and our clients.

The Lab operates in three different streams:

Value Engineering: A product centric function responsible for uncovering and designing value-driven agentic AI opportunities that are feasible, viable, and deliverable.
Development: A best-in-class agentic  development practice, focused on developing and embedding  robust multi-agent workflows within our clients’ infrastructure. 
Research: Focused on continuously screening the state-of-the-art in across all aspects of agentic tech (e.g. multi-agent frameworks, LLMs, tooling, verification methods), adopting the puzzle pieces, and innovating to develop proprietary tech as needed.  

What will your day look like?

As part of the Agentic Transformation Hub, you will be: 

Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Leading client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify AI use cases.
• Leading client presentations, pitches, and solution demonstrations to support business development.
• Doing high-level solution design of Agentic AI solutions to meet business objectives.
• Evaluating and recommending AI platforms, tools, and strategies aligned with client needs.

Project Delivery & Management

• Planning, scoping and estimating AI projects to create statements of work.
• Providing professional guidance and ensure delivery quality from initial brief through to POC and pilot phases.
• Helping deliver working prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate outcomes.
• Maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Internal & Strategic Contributions

• Building network and collaborate with colleagues across VML MAP to deliver solutions.
• Engaging with strategic technology partners to enhance solution offerings.
• Contributing to the innovation and development of the company's AI service offerings.
• Conducting internal training and educational events to promote AI best practices.

What do you bring to the table?

You’re a pragmatic and outcome-focused leader with a passion for driving AI adoption and a proven ability to navigate complex, fast-evolving enterprise environments. You excel at translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible business value, skilled at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results across the full solution lifecycle. With a strong problem-solving mindset and a high degree of ownership, you thrive on tackling intricate challenges and driving meaningful change as a trusted advisor to senior clients.

Additionally, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI, data, or advanced technology roles, ideally gained within a consulting firm or digital agency environment.
• A strong background in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, including agentic or autonomous systems, with demonstrated experience across the full AI solution lifecycle from discovery and solution design to proof of concept and pilot delivery.
• A deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and orchestration patterns, coupled with hands-on experience with various AI platforms and tools.
• The ability to translate complex business problems into high-level AI system designs and technical approaches, along with familiarity with responsible AI principles, security, governance, and compliance considerations.
• Excellent client-facing skills, adept at leading workshops, interviews, and executive discussions, and strong storytelling and presentation skills for compelling pitches, proposals, and solution demonstrations
• The ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and comfort acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in scoping AI projects, producing accurate statements of work, and providing cost estimates, alongside a strong understanding of delivery models, risks, and dependencies inherent in AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to guide teams through ambiguity, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes and effectively managing diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and delivery teams.
• The ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across diverse geographies, with experience collaborating with strategic technology partners and vendors.
• A strong mentoring mindset, with a genuine interest in coaching and developing others, and a willingness to actively contribute to internal capability building, innovation, and best practices.
• The right to work Greece.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with experience working with international clients being a significant advantage.
