What will your day look like?

As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will be the central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking full ownership from initial client brief to final delivery. Your work will ensure a high level of service, and you will be continually cultivating a relationship based on trust and close collaboration with the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.
  • Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.
  • Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
  • Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.

Who are you going to work with?

You will be collaborating with a network of Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You'll report to the Account Lead, who will provide guidance and support through regular meetings to discuss projects and explore new opportunities. Our flat organizational structure promotes a collaborative and innovative environment, nurturing the talents of our diverse team, many of whom have been with us for over a decade.

You're an easy-going individual with a proactive and positive mindset, skilled at achieving excellent outcomes even in the face of challenges. You excel at managing multiple projects independently while being collaboratively oriented, ready to embrace new challenges and learn along the way. You're sociable and eager to contribute to maintaining a pleasant and engaging work environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.  
 
Additionally, you bring: 

  • Proven project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, including CRM strategy and marketing technology.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet) and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft office package, especially PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
